Blue Wheelchair Icon Youth Sports

Road Racing & Running

Sportable’s Road Racing Program and Visually Impaired Training Program are ideal for athletes interested in improving their general health and fitness. Sportable’s Road Racing and Running Programs also provide the opportunity to train for and compete in the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K in April and the Richmond 8K, Half, and Full Marathon Events in November.

Who Can Play

Whether you are training for fun, or to set a personal record, join Sportable’s Road Racing Program! All paces, ages (6+), and abilities are welcome with wheelchair racing and guided run/jog/walk opportunities available.

Please Note: Due to safety precautions related to COVID-19, volunteer guides will not be provided for athletes with visual impairments at this time. If you are an athlete with a visual impairment and need a guide to participate, you must provide your own guide from your household or circle of friends whom you trust will keep you and our program safe.
