GET OUTDOORS on Saturday mornings for a high energy fitness class, led by Sheila Grant, AFPA Certified Advanced Personal Trainer and Owner of Shape, Inc! Stay motivated and burn calories in a small, socially distanced group setting. The workouts will focus on stretching, strength training, cardio and more!
Sportable Chair Yoga, led by Cynthia Schmitz, RYT 200, is ideal for any level of ability, and focuses on increased body and breath awareness. The small, socially distanced group setting will include an introduction to yoga philosophy, centering, dynamic movement and postures (Asana), breath work (Pranayama), and will end with deep relaxation/ guided meditation (Yoga Nidra).
