Equipment Rental Program
Sportable’s equipment loan program offers low rental rates on adaptive sports equipment to current Sportable members.
Whether you’re super-competitive or just want to get your heart rate up a few times a week, Sportable has sport equipment available to Sportable athletes to rent. The Equipment Rental Program allows current Sportable athletes who do not own their own equipment the chance to get out and stay active.
Why should you continue to stay active? Studies show that adults involved in adaptive sports have increased employment rates, more physically active lifestyles and increased socialization. Additionally, regular exercise has been shown to increase overall physical and mental well-being while decreasing depression.
Rental Rules
A current photo ID is required to rent equipment.
Reservations may be made by contacting a Program Manager.
A deposit is required on all rental equipment.
Rentals can be short or long term.
Equipment Loan
Equipment will be adjusted for the borrower during pick-up. If additional adjustment is required once equipment has left the Sportable office, contact a Sportable staff member for guidance and/or to set an appointment for an adjustment. Borrowers will be financially responsible for equipment damage caused by borrower attempted adjustments. Once equipment is returned and staff confirm there is no damage, credit card information will be destroyed.
