Bill’s Y Fit Challenge Blog – Week 2

30 minutes of this in front of me. I could use some company. Where are all you athletes training?! The Y is free and part of your SPORTABLE membership, so come on out!!!


I use these giant ropes for cardio. I pick up the ends and alternatively lift each rope from the end and create a wave going back to where they are anchored. Also, I will simultaneously lift both ropes to the side for different interval and then combine the two motions! I have been doing 10 three minute sets with a 30-60 second rest intervals.
