The mission of Sportable is to improve the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities by enabling them to develop their true potential through recreation, sport, social integration and community involvement.

Through our programs, participants often experience:

• Increased self-esteem
• A sense of independence
• Enhanced mental and physical health
• Decreased isolation and access to greater social supports

By donating to Sportable you are enhancing a life — and a community! Our vision is that people of all ages with physical disabilities will continue to have an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of recreational and competitive sports, right here in Richmond.

Below are suggested giving levels and an example of what your dollars will go towards:

• $50 Challenger (membership for 2 athletes)
• $100 Medalist (individual team registration fees)
• $250 Champion (tournament entry fee for one team)
• $500 Olympian (cost to host one introductory clinic)
• $1500 Partner (one sports wheelchair)

Donations are tax-deductable. All donors will be recognized in our annual report.
